We turned the slow, inflexible, unfinished and often broken surfing-the-world.com to this all new, neat, fast, unique and powerful SURFTHEWORLD. It is the result of four years of market research, development and constantly working towards our goal:

This was the first surfing-the-world.com. The website launched in November 2008 and was very simple, only static, very inflexible and incomplete. It was more a collection of links to surf accommodation than a presentation of surf travel options. But it was the beginning of what is today SURFTHEWORLD.

STW 2.0 launched right after christmas in 2010 and included large improvments like a search box, single page view of surf accommodation listings, a simple inquiry system and a new layout. Unfortunately, due to many different difficulties and circumstances, it was always far from being satisfactory. |
